Dukan Day 14

144.1 !!!

So I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks!!!! I would say it's impossible but here I am....

I ate a lot yesterday-gluten free pasta and a tiny cheesecake. Didn't really want the cheesecake-ate it to be polite-HAVE to STOP bowing to peer pressure! Made a spinach and egg omelette for dinner. Even had a tiny bit of gelato with raspberries. Perhaps it's the zig-zagging that's working? Will have a low day today and try another high day tomorrow or next day and see how it goes....
144.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it def works! Eating right for a few days and then RESPONSIBLY pigging out totally works I tell ya! Good going Dens, I think you finally found your way. So proud of you!!

I know others including weight watcher's that zig zag, save calories one day and use them the another, and it does work. I suppose it will always be the total of weekly calories that matter most. How is the late nite snacking going?? please tell me there was no late night snacking and that could possibly have helped with the loss??!! I lost a good amount this week and I am giving credit to our little personal challenge of our limited snacking. I love that you are heading down again, your going to be a tiny thing! :D
