As my "wedding increase" decreases so does my "funk"!! Getting back into my routine always helps me. Each time I have this experience I hope I get better at dealing with myself in a more positive manner. Old habits die hard. It's good though, at least I am going through the process instead of simply returning to what I have done so often in my life, in regards to food and my weight. I am continuously amazed at how quickly I can fluctuate between feeling "good" and feeling "bad." How quickly I can dive into the "all or nothing" thinking. I slept much better last night which I know helps me. I ended up having a lower calorie day yesterday without intending to. I was super busy at work and simply not as hungry when I got home. So, today I am only 2.8 lbs above where I was when I departed for my wedding trip. YES.

There is absolutely a very fine line between feeling good and not so good. Sometimes it's possible to just choose to feel good, after all it's all in the mind. Great job in getting back down, I'm sure you will be back into the 170s in no time.

Great job! You are doing so well. I too hope that you and I can get over our bad feelings when we fluctuate because after all it does come off. You are working hard and it is paying off. keep up the good work.

Glad you are feeling better! When the 'bad' feelings come around, try to turn them around by looking at the big picture: all that you've lost, the lessons you've learned, the habits you've changed, etc.
