Day 3 of Right Size shake diet - totally thought I'd lost weight this morning, then I looked at my weight last week. Not worried, next week will be better.

Plyometrics today - and wow, knees not happy - modified jumping motion. Really pushed myself today. Good workout.

100 calorie snacks - learned one important fact, enjoy the lighter 100 calorie snack early in the day (10:30am) and the heavier snack later in the day (3:30pm) so you won't be starving by the time supper rolls around at 6pm.

Today's 100 calorie snacks:

1) Sweet and Spicy tuna with 3 baby carrots (10:30am)
2) Hummus (2TBSP), 5 celery sticks, and 11 seedless grapes (3:30pm)

Got in 135 fl oz water yesterday -- over achievement!
Today, working on 125.6 fl oz goal of water.

Another package of Right Size shakes comes in today...hubby still not registering on scales. He has requested I not open the package today - let him. He's acting like he purchased a higher level scale. I hope so, cause if it's not one in there, I'm ordering one. It's unfair for me to know my actual weight, and him to not know his.
