Staying practically the same, back up to 232.5. I'm watching my calories, and I'm drinking more water, but obviously that isn't enough.
232.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing fine. It's normal to stay the same for a few days or even a week and fluctuations are very normal. Too much sodium yesterday can make the scale go up today. Your chart has an over all downward trend so you are doing fine. Tomorrow you may be down another pound.

Heather, you've had a good 3 or 4 days on your diet calendar. It's not going as fast as either of us would like but you'll get there, just as I will eventually get there. Remember, it's not a diet, it's a new life style right?
