Day 2 of Right Size plan. Apparently they don't have it as an option of diets to select.

Basically, here's the plan.
Breakfast - 8 oz non-fat milk mixed with one scoop of right size shake.
Snack 10:30am - 100 calorie snack
Lunch -- 8 oz nonfat milk mixed with one scoop of right size shake.
Snack: 3:30pm - 100 calorie snack
Sensible Dinner
(I added V16, 1 mug of black tea, and 1 mug of herbal tea)
Water - drank 114.7fl oz yesterday (goal is 125.4...and is based on my weight)

I'm using the Advocare shakes at lunch.
Yesterday's 100 calorie snacks:
1) small apple and pb2
2) 2 slices of ryvita sesame rye crispbread, 1 small tomato, and 1 mushroom.

Today's 100 calorie snacks:
1) Starkist Sweet and Spicy tuna with 3 baby carrots
2) Dannon Light and Fit yogurt (4 oz) with 14 seedless grapes.

And when I get hungry, I drink water.
Going to give this plan a go for 2 weeks, with Saturday's switching it out, as we go have breakfast with Mom.

Also hubby and I have made the choice not to eat past 8pm.

Today - did Chest and Back P90x and Ab Ripper X. I wore the performance compression sleeve on my left elbow and it seems to be helping! Yeah! I took an Aleve last night...my entire arm was sore. My hubby declares it is muscle growing. I'm not sure, but whatever it is, it needs to chill out!

Thanks for all the kind words and motivation. I really came to the realization, without God helping me, I can do nothing on my own. He and I had a little chat en route to work yesterday.

Contractors are here working today....sounds like I'm near a crazy dentist office. Eek!
