Nanas diet's Journal, 13 February 2015

Valentine's dinner at church tonight. Did pretty well - chose fresh strawberries and pineapple with just a tiny bit of the chocolate icing from the cake (didn't eat the cake), no bread, no cheese on my salad and min dressing. Still managed to stay under my RDI. Tomorrow I will be cooking, so I can control what I will be eating. Brought cake home for hubby so I won't have to make any dessert. Sweets are my downfall and making them makes it worse. Hoping everyone has a good day tomorrow.
