I don't know why every few months I have to slow and stall in weight loss before it dawns on me that I have let my fat percentage get to low. I am on a low carb high fat diet. As soon as my fat percentage get low I quit losing. Maybe that's why it call low carb HIGH fat. So now I am losing again. WooHoo
153.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
