Good Afternoon Everyone. I just wanted to let you all know that I have made a Commitment !!!! Yes, I grew a pair and I am going to hold myself accountable for my actions, finally. I started a no eating after 7:30pm challenge, I could sure use the support. There was so much I wanted to tell you all, but I have forgotten all of it. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful day.

Thanks for the invitation Sherry! I think since my husband and I like to have an evening coffee and healthy snack at 8pm I will try to have it just before then and make my cut-off time 8pm then - so doing a slight alteration on your plan. Best of luck! I'll start on Monday.

Good for you!!! I myself am not one much for the challenges but I support you COMPLETELY!!! Appreciate the invite but as an "old dog" I find I do better just being mindful of putting one paw in front of the other. Take care!!

I have started that this week as well. I don't usually watch Dr. Oz but in changing channels I caught his diet suggestions. I only caught a couple but the one thing he said "The most important part of this eating plan is never eat after 8:00p.m. So, last night I was starting to get hungry around 10 p.m. so I went to bed. Worked. Also I remember years ago that on the Oprah show she said if you don't wake up hungry then you ate late and ate too much the night before. Well I woke up hungry and just had one piece of wheat toast with peanut butter. But - PROBLEM for tonight and this weekend. Tonight we are going to visit our adult granddaughter who lives 1 1/2 hrs from us. She doesn't get off work until 6:00. We are going to hook up her washer and dryer and then go eat. I bet it will be close to 8 by the time we go or get our order. Another problem with eating out! Same on Sunday. Going to dinner and a movie with friends. Movie is at 3:30. Eating after. My weekends just kill my plan.

I support what you are doing but it won't work for me. I am a night owl and often stay up until 2 or 3 am. If I fix dinner at 7 or even 8 I am hungry again way before I go to bed. Good luck for you though.
