Rest day yesterday and today, will get some cardio in the form of snow clean-up when I get home from work.
only 4 weeks left in my current plan, I will have to lose 1 lb. per week to get to my goal of 170 lbs. (17 lbs. lost).
After that I will be taking 1 week off from heavy training and supplementation to let my body recover before going on a warrior diet for 2 weeks.
That's when new progress photos will finally be posted. A lot of good changes have happened over the past several months. My final weight is the same every time, but I always look drastically better. That's why I love bodybuilding so much. Me at 170 lbs. a year ago is nowhere near the same me that I will be at 170 lbs. next month.
I took the rest of my progress photos that I had up down, they are in the past.
