I like julienne green beans (frozen kind) cooked in egg whites. I don't care for mushrooms in eggs, but I do like broiled mushrooms and cherry tomatoes on the side of the egg white green bean combo. As for pinto beans, oh yes, they accompany scrambled eggs and salsa at my house.
