Not much sleep this week because Liam is up at night. W/O started slow as I was tired mentally and physically but became an excellent work out. Proud of the chinups. Biceps were exhausted by the end with nothing left - 60/30s are great - good pump but not sure muscle building. Was sweating like crazy today after deads. Took almost 2 hours to complete.
