How does every one get their work out in? Im looking for new ideas..i cant always go to the gym but I do have a membership and a small gym here at my complex. I work from home and was thinking of trying to walk it out during my lunch break.. Just looking for feedback and ideas how to incorporate more work outs into my week bc I truly enjoy the treadmill and sincerely feel bad when i don't get at least 20-30 m in daily.

I can only workout at home because I take care of my Mother and can't leave her unattended plus I have a pre-teen. So I get up an 1 1/2 hours before my son gets up for school, so I can have a totally uninterrupted workout. If for some reason I don't do that, I get my workout done in intervals. My niece is a going to school to become a nutritionist and told me " your body doesn't know you didn't do a 60 minute workout all at once". You can do it in 2 30 min sessions and get the same benefit.

My lunch break is 1 hour, so I spend 40 minutes walking it. My building also has a hotel-sized gym, so for the past week I've also put in just 10 minutes/MWF just doing upper body exercises on the Nautilus (I'm in my nice work clothes, so I'm not doing anything that would raise a sweat). Something is better than nothing.
