Cheeks's Journal, 16 June 2009

Day 2 of eating well. First day was actually not as hard as I thought it would be, considering I have been eating anything and everything I've wanted for the past 5 months now. I did notice when I got home, and opened the refrigerator, I had a knee-jerk reaction to just grab something and start eating…but before I actually got the cover off, I reminded myself that I only had a certain amount of points left for dinner, and that I would basically "screw myself over" by eating mindlessly. So instead, I took what I was going to eat….added it to FS and figured out the points, and worked it into the points for the day. Also went for a walk around the neighborhood with the hubby.

Waiting for the P&S to be signed on our property tomorrow night, which is another stress that I'll be glad to be done with. Keeping my fingers crossed that this guy (who we refer to as Molasses Man, because he's soooo slow in everything he does!) will get everything together he needs to so we can get the P&S signed tomorrow, and then we can move forward on a place we are ready to get into!

Today and tomorrow will be a challenge for me, because I’m a major stress eater…but I'm going to make sure to think twice before I put anything to my lips.
