Ok after having looked up the count on the Steak n Shake taco salad after I ate it, BIG MISTAKE...No more of that for me. NO wonder it tasted good.
Calorie count was good, but carbs way to HIGH> Will make a better choice next time.
Ok start again today, with better choices.
