Fist off, I have been married for 51 years. We have 5 grown children and 9 grandchildren. I have done 3 mini triathlons. Love to swim. Live in Florida. Have a hubby who doesn't have a weight problem, but supportive of me. Love playing Mah Jongg and doing tournaments.
Love to cruise. Very relaxing, and have gone on enough of them so that the food is not an issue most of the time.

eating in the dining room for all ofyour meals, this way your not tempted, also having room service for bkfst, might help. Remember there is always choices, if nothing on the menu is for you ask and they will always make a chicken something for you. Also walking from one end of the ship to the other will help burn some of those calories. they always have a fitness room, and walking on the top deck is just a wonderful site, with the water all around you,
Have fun, and if you overindulge at one meal, try and get back on track when its time for the next, and if not enjoy and take care of it when you get back. Remember this is a lifelong journey not a quick fix.

printing my daily food intake
Having trouble printing out a copy of my daily food intake.

Any suggestions.

Have gone to the print clicked on it, and all I get is the page with the weekly days to choose from. Then I go to the day Iwant, hit print and we start all over again.
