I had almost a month where I had so many events to attend where I wasn't in charge of food that I'm proud to have held steady and in the last week I've been able to start dropping again!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
