Hey guys , ive only just saw were comments have been made on my journal entrys - so sorry hope yous didnt think i was being rude - i just didnt see them until now !

awhhh they have really cheered me up and spured me on for the wk end !! thank u !! so this is my 2nd wk without booze and its killing me -but i know when i see results ill be delighted that i stuck at being good ..
for anyone in the uk - ive been eatting the "fuller for longer " range at marks and spencer - very tasty ! heading to my boyfriend later so ive my meals packed and plan to go on a nice long walk !!

Good for you :-). FS takes. Bit of getting used to, I am still getting my head round it too. haven't tried the M and S range, mostly cook from scratch - still it's nice to have a quick meal every now and then, may try them

Bad habits die hard...kicking and screaming. Keep with it, will get easier as the days pass. Don't worry about commenting on your journal. Most of us don't get there every day either. Comment when you can or when you have something really juicy to share ;)
