Good day yesterday. I vacuumed the swimming pool for the first time this season. Because it had rained, the water on the top of the solar cover mixed with the pollen and a bunch of it dumped into it when we removed the cover. I'll have to check it again to see if more stuff has settled on the bottom. If not, then we're ready to go for when I have the grandkids over to swim on Friday!

Today is strawberry picking at the Berry Farm with my grandkids (ages 6 and 11) and my twin friends (age 71, but don't look or act like it). After that, we're making Fruit Pizza. I've already washed all the fruit. The cookie dough and cream cheese are on the counter to thaw. My plan is to cook the cookie crust and make the cream cheese topping and put it on before the kids arrive. My little grandson was so excited about berry-picking that he told all the kids at the bus stop that he is going today. I hope they have a super-great time!

Only got in 5 cups of water again yesterday. My bruise has lightened from black to purple, a relatively light purple compared to what it was. I'd have to say this Arnica Bruise Cream works. I usually keep a bruise for a month! It's not light enough yet to be able to get plasma drawn, but I'm praying that by Friday it will be.

A picture popped up on my timeline yesterday showing how lush my green beans were a couple of years ago at this time. I almost cried, because I miss them so much - but things were just too tight right now to be able to buy all new soil and several new pots. I really miss watching them grow on my front deck!
