no gym today but an awesome walk with my oldest at the beach. I cannot seem to catch a break though. for some reason I wore some crappy sandals and now it feels like I have blisters on the soles of my feet, I don't oddly but it hurts like I do. it just seems like everytime I am making progress either I injure something or have a catastrophic life changing event. praying I wake up and they feel better.

I wish we had a beach to walk on - a few hundred miles away. My life is the same. I had the birthday from Hades yesterday. I would have liked it to have revolved around worrying about excess calories and carbs, but, no, I hardly even got to eat anything.
