is that negstive number my deficit??
*trying so hard but dont understand fully*

You have it exactly right - that's just displaying the overall logged calories out (right #) minus the calories in (left #)

So the 2nd number on the bottom right is...? I need a tutor😂

yes. left number is food calories logged. number on top right is calories burned. number on bottom right, in parentheses is the day's difference. In the parentheses, a negative number indicates a deficit.
