Trying to keep cals down but still eating sweets! BAD cravings. I try to have every other day a sweet free day. Had pasta this week! First time is absolutely ages....Lost 2 lbs-I am SURE there is NO CORRELATION, is there? LOL!

Trying to convince a friend to do Zumba with me-she says she is not happy enough to dance! I told her that's EXACTLY why we need to do Zumba!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The first time I did zumba I couldn't keep my mind off an ice cold margarita! lol and I don't even like them that much.

Zumba sounds good. I use to love Jazzercize and I found a place here that does it. Its new and improved with weights and strength training. I think it might kill me but like you... I want a partner to share is my misery so I'm trying to convince a friend to go with me. It's nice to see you are managing your weight so well and keeping off those pounds you've lost.
