So I did cardio power and resistance today. I think I did a lot better than I did last week. Especially since I didn't work out the last few days. These last few days were crazy, I was basically running straight from one thing to another from Thursday until Sunday. I know my cat is mad at me :(
Insanity is just that, though, crazy! I am literally sweating buckets during and after the workout. Even after I take a shower I am still sweating!
So I am sticking with it! I really need to sleep more too. Not enough hours in the day!
