Ugh. Just wanna say you suck right now lol. I got donuts the other day and they were stale the next morning. I think they are serving ‘day old’ donuts as fresh with the supply shortage and people cutting back on extras like donuts. I’ve been craving a filled donut or a huge, warm soft cinnamon roll for days!! If I go to the donut shop craving it this bad I won’t have any self control however 😂. Maybe next week. Until then eat another for me!!

My local favorite bakery stopped making donuts because their supplier went out of business so I know your pain.

@gage4ever what is it that makes you believe/feel that you can’t have a “splurge” once in a while? (I am asking seriously).

It wasn't even a splurge. Weighs in at 400 calories. Maybe harder to work in for some but it's like 15% of my calories while losing fat.

Don’t worry - I get it’s not a splurge for you. However, it appears the same people ask the same questions anytime someone posts anything they would consider a “splurge.” I am asking why to understand their underlying beliefs about the nature of food, and how specific foods fit (or don’t) into weight loss. Also, to understand why another person’s post of a cinnamon roll would impact them to the point of engagement. Curiosity - it’s a coaching thing.

😂 go Chris! You, Diablo, can use some of those tempting pictures like you show us hehe. I’m joking of course but I’d sure love a cinnamon roll right now! Instead I’m stuck with a choice of snickers, Hershey’s with almonds or skittles. I set back the peanut butter cookies I made for the kids so I don’t even feel tempted by those. If I was smart I’d go grab some cheese and nuts but I’m not feeling smart (and I’m feeling lazy right now 😛). Hope you enjoyed!

Good picture and good questions from allegra. It's like eating a donut automatically makes it 'cheat day' for some of these people. No I'm just having a day and a donut is part of it, not a splurge of any kind.

I have had something sweet every day since I started my weight loss journey in 2019. Some days it's lower calorie & some days it could be something more. I could definitely smash this ❤
