Apparently my body and brain could not keep up with the intense work schedule and tracking. I still maintained healthy choices, had a horrible aunt flow and didn't work out like I wanted due to lack of time. But I am back on tracking now. Need to weigh in tomorrow and see what my 2-3 weeks off tracking did
