Welcome to Wednesday everyone!! The sun has shown it's face and it feels good! Still very cool, but I'm not complaining. This dreary weather just makes me so tired... I know, waw,waw!

Today is a good day. I made my low carb pizza the other night (meant to write this yesterday) and it was so GOOD. It is Linda's Deep Dish and I made the crust first thing in the morning and set it outside after I had cooked it and let it "dry" out all day and so when I put the sauce and toppings on the pizza and baked it, it was so GOOD. My hubby loved the crust and so did I. I've included the link below... give it a try.

I love her recipes! I have tried several. I like the thin & crispy version she calls Nancells (sp?) so far the best. I do have the deep dish one printed and is soon to be tried after your review!! Thanks - I just love pizza!! When I decided to go Atkins I was prepared to give up pizza. I was so happy when I discovered her site not only for pizza but many other dishes as well! Have a great day!!!

Mmmmm, that sounds so good. We are having single serve ones tonight, with portabella mushroom caps as the crust. They are scrumptious!
