-Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink before workout

Monday P90x - Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X.

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Pays not to eat salty carby pizza for supper the night before a morning weigh in. This weekend was insane - my fault. I secretly think I am Wonder Woman and planned a weekend of youth group activities. Friday I took off. Cleaned house for about 4 hours, then took group to local Christmas light show, wagon rides, petting zoo and dinner out. Grossly underestimated the time on this one - told parents it would be around 8:30p when we returned....try 10:30p. We ended up taking most of the kids home. Saturday - Up cooking for youth Christmas party at our house - and last touchs up of squirrel the stuff that has no home into the abyss. Just barely got finished and drove to town to gather the scavenger hunters and drivers. I fortunately didn't have to drive (I made up the scavenger hunt...), but got some opportunities for exercise -- walked about 1/2 mile to get the church van. Then decided later that I needed to wash my car - took to car wash -- and aggravated sore muscles scrubbing the back of car. Christmas party was a success...11 teenagers played hide and seek in our yard, and were a whirlwind of energy. Late night after dropping them off (again 2 hours later than anticipated). Yesterday Bible Study -- but prior to that husband and I both were able to catch a cat nap in youth room -- had to. Today I struggled to get up. As I type this now, I've had two Advocare bars with protein hoping (praying) that I will be able to wake up and function (just not seeming to happen).

Happy Smile: At least there was 1 pound lost AFTER pizza for supper.

I give you tons of credit doing P90X. I actually used to use the INSANITY videos (before I actually got into fitness) my god they there hard. Keep it up!
