Sunday School Class Christmas party tonight. Passed up all the desserts for 2 cups of coffee. So pleased with my self, ate slowly, avoided mac&cheese, baked beans, bread too. It was barbecue so meat, colelaw and I brought raw veggies and dip made with greek yogurt to fill me up and keep me busy eating while others were eating their cake, pie, etc.
