Just got my butt kicked doing Insanity. And it was just the Fit Test! Ha ha.

All I have to say is - Bring it.

You are going to love what awaits ya!!! Just remember to do what you can. My wife likes to pace herself to complete the whole workout. I recommend you do that. Me? I'm a fool and like to go 100% until I run out of gas and write down the time remaining on the clock. I then try to beat that time next time. Either way....DIG DEEPER!!!

Thanks for that encouragement! Yesterday on the plyometrics circuits I did about half of the exercises in the last 10 minutes, I was so fatigued. But I love the challenge.
