Cleansing today - so I can do my weigh in tomorrow. This is how I normally do it cleanse on Monday weigh on Tuesaday. Went up a little last week. Started working out to correct problem. With the loss of my co-worker I -lost a lot of sleep and just could not get up to work out. Got off on the right track this morning - got up at 4am - did my workout, then worked out with a friend from work this afternoon- mostly cardio. Plan on doing something for my abs tonight.
I go to pick up my bridesmaid dress on Friday - I had it fitted and am in fear that they may have made it toooooooo small. Only have 26 days till the big day- I think I am stressing as much as the bride. However she had a horrible issue with her dress - they fitted and she hadd gained weight - when she went to try it on it did not fit at all - they are having to order her a whole new dress- she is hoping it will be her in time.
