Week 3 Day 1
Wow! I am up to week three already. I can not believe I have made it this far and I am still feeling good. I did my weigh in, I really did not expect a loss after this weekend. I did not eat a lot but it was by no means a healthy eating weekend.
Although, I am sure my body was happy to eat some different stuff. I am a so close to my first goal, I am going to be extra vigilant this week. I am going to stick to my calories and work extra hard during p90.
Honestly, I am so not sure where this motivation is coming from, but I am elated it is here and I don't want to lose it. I am also seeing things on the scale and I tried on my wish jeans and they were tight but they were zipped up. I still had a lil muffin top (booo) but I am sure by the end of phase one it will be gone. Hell by the end of these 90 days I want them to be falling off me....yeah baby.
I had a great workout today, I did some extra reps and I can feel myself getting stronger because the workouts are not killing me but I am feeling the burn.
Keep up the great work everyone....10 weeks til the Family reunion.
