Week 2 Day 5 (Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X)
MAN... that SHH*****T was the TRUTH. What an awesome friggin workout. Legs and friggin pullups yall. I did pull ups, ok I was using a chair but hell I was doing half pullupa and that counts....Never done anything like that in my life other than when I was doing those fit tests in elementary school, when I would hang on the bar because I could not do one. I have always been the fat girl and it sucks.....I won't be the fat girl in the group any more. I am 100% sure that by the end of these three months I will be able to do at least three REAL pull ups. I will keep you posted.
Anyway, I am drinking a nice almond milk protein shake....tastes so yummy. I also made a 1/2 egg/white omellette but I am not hungry. I am sure I will be a little later and BAM I have food to eat.
Well, sorry for all the rambling I am on a high for real. I did jump on the scale and it was up but I don't even care, Friday workouts are what I am looking forward to know. I have three more days until my next weigh in.....Hopefully it will go down, but if not then cool, because I feel GRRRRREEEATTTTTT!
