I am so stuck. Would it be horrible if I made my kids quit tball and baseball so I can have time to exercise!!

Yes it would lol. You HAVE to figure something else out. Don't you want your kids to get in the habit of phycial activity?

Yes, lol! Grab some music and walk around near where the kids are playing ball. So you can get some movement but still watch them. There's loads of workout dvd's you can do at home which are wonder and produce great results. Many are 20 or 30 minutes. There's always ways to squeeze it in.
