I LOVE playing soccer, but these extra pounds are just killing my knees. My goal is to lose 25 pounds so I can enjoy soccer. And every day, I'm going to do one thing for myself. It can be anything.
Today the nice thing is that I went swimming. I feel so great! Swam 26 laps in 40 minutes. That's after taking a year hiatus from exercising. So, it's been over 13 months since the last time I was in a pool. The point I'm trying to make is that it's NOT TOO SHABBY! I've got a goal to do the mile swim this summer in July.
Here I GO!
