Back from San Diego vacation, very unhealthy vacation that is. 5 months ago i meant to start exercising for this past vacation, and failed miserably. But that doesn't mean not bother trying again. Worked out this morning for first time in awhile, nearly threw up. felt great later though. Trying to plan meals for the full month of june (not necessarily healthy, just planned for cost reasons).
Today was spicy roasted tomato and pepper soup with pepper creme and french bread. Delicious! Probably not that healthy though considering how much olive oil was used, but definately not a McD's meal calorie hit at least. Lets see how working out regularly and realistic food choices do for my weight...
