well i sat down today and wrote a "menu" for what im gonna eat for the next week. (hubby gets paid wed-wed) sooo im excited about this, i found some new stuff.. i have a stir fry for sunday and all!! im in need of some new foods im getting bored.

i think tomorrow... im gonna weigh myself... i wanna see if the 2 lbs is gone... i want to be under 300 like you dont even know!!! =D

Thats good to plan meals like that. I only wish I could. Never know about the supper as we eat at odd times then. Construction is not a 9 to 5 job. I do have my breakfast and lunch planned as they are mostly the same thing Have a great day.............Bren

Cooking and planning becomes easier after you have done it for a couple weeks...plus it feel great to take control of what you are preparing for yourself and your family.

I always pre-plan my menus. This way I never have to "Panic" I don't have what I need and also I find I spend less at the store. I'm really looking forward to you getting into the 200s. What a great milestone. Just know I'm pulling for you. Have a wonderful evening!!
