I've been in weight loss limbo since Halloween, I'm not sure why but it's been a mental struggle since then. I'd gotten out of my normal routines/patterns for what I eat which is part of the struggle. So I'm going back to what I was doing before...sounds easy enough. Hopefully I'm back on track now for real.

jim, i am sure you will get a "whoosh" soon - there are going to be hiccups along the way - getting the train back on the tracks is the important part - which you are working on doing.
