Not going to let a slight increase deter me, it's probably water weight but I am following the plan. Have increased my water for the water challenge. I can do it, I can do it, my pants are getting looser, I'm feeling better!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Definitely not! As long as you're doing all the right stuff, it'll come off! Increase could be anything...water, too much salt even a BM! LOL... The difference in my clothes is totally more inspiration for me...
