Still struggling with my personal problems but things are getting better. I cheated a little on my diet when we celebrated my daughters birthday this weekend, I did have a little bit of cake. Hoping to work in some more activity this week, so we shall see how it goes! Need to eat more and drink more water still but just not that hungry.
268.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can't not have cake on your baby's birthday :) I'm with you on the water. I have a very hard time with that. I'm glad things are getting better for you!

Don't stress the cake. It is a journey losing weight so be patient with yourself. Time and pressure though small and you will get there! :) Happy birthday to your little one!

Thank you everyone!! Yes, she had a great birthday weekend! I am realizing that this is all about balance and I'm trying not to use the all or nothing attitude I used to have. And actually, I'm pretty excited that I still lost weight while dealing with stress and heartbreak and had my cake too!! Lol :-)

EbizzleJ new on here but started 11/9 @ 280 lbs on the Atkins. Got a ways to go but I'll get there. LOL Looking forward to watching your progress.

Aw, thanks debraharrelson. Good luck and welcome!! I like everyone here, they are so supportive and I like being accountable to someone besides just myself. Have you done Atkins before?
