I have been studying my records and I found a trend - I tend to gain wt when it involves the weekend. Two things effect this - 1) I try to walk everyday at work, but often on Friday it is too busy and I don't because I have to take a short lunch (explains the wt gain from Fri to Sat). On the weekends, I don't get up as early, therefore I don't start eating as early and end up eating a lot of my food after 6PM trying to pump up my calories (explains wt gain from Sat>Sun or Sun>Mon). I will keep analyzing until I figure this out (that's ME, always analyzing). Overall, I am down 1.4lbs this week, so I can't complain. Going to the doctor today for my last office visit. then only go as needed, so I am counting on my FatSecret friends to help me stay on track.
