Baking today....three "pies"baking,three ready for oven and 4 more to do.darn it,I'll have to clean the oven when I'm finished.Forgot to line the bottom and wouldn't you know it,cheese over the edge.The first three look perfect.Now to find the receipe for Easter Riccotta Pie and alter to make atkins friendly.....

It's 6pm and I just finished baking...6 Easter Ham Pies and 4 Atkins friendly Easter Riccotta Cheese Pies,except for the crust.I couldn't see making a whole pie just for me.I probaly won't eat more than a fork full anyway if I even eat that much and only the filling.

Really messed up today again.Didn't eat any bad foods,Just didn't eat enough.To busy and forgot to eat lunch till too late so I just ate some almonds to hold off till dinner.Only ate between 7&8 nc veggies.
Oh well,such is life and tomorrow is another day.

Hi, That's encouraging, the word "pies". Is this somekind of pie you can make on Atkin's Diet or are you making for the family? I'm still in the Induction phase and the thought of making a pie is really exciting right now. lol

Wow - that is 10 pies by my count...you are really baking girl! All that work, no wonder you are loosing pounds too! Good for you. Don't get yourself all wore out, Easter is only a couple days away!

Before I started this WOE, I would only eat once a day and then munch at night. Of coarse the munchies were all high carb and salty.Now, I can wait to eat breakfast,love my omelets with veggies and nothing taste better with eggs than tomatoes.I did forget to eat lunch yesterday until my stomach stated to growl.It was so late I just grabed some almonds and a diet pepsi...not good...and I know it.

More baking ugh I have worn my track pants for three days now and no site of the bloating going away LOL. HAPPY EASTER!!!
