Felt crappy all weekend. Bowels a mess. Gained >2 lbs from Fri to Sat. Per MD instruction, had to do only liquids except steak and an apple for dinner. I was out of sorts all day Sunday. So glad to feel like myself today - walked at lunch despite my clinic being >1hr behind. Felt so much better after walk. First day of husband off work, going to have surgery next week. Love having him home, but messes up my routine to exercise at night. Will have to work on that for tomorrow night.
