2nd day. I couldn't eat 1500 cal! Going from 500 to 1500 is impossible. I ended up getting in a few more by drinking 1 1/ cups of skim milk late last night. AND my MD added that she wants me to take a tbsp of Coconut Oil 3x/day. OM! that stuff is nasty!
Today, I feel nauseous and crampy - I think that is just way too much VOLUME for my stomach now. Will see my MD today so maybe she can suggest some things. On the positive, I did not gain weight and I started my walking program yesterday.
