Bad weekend. ate too much. I was stressed. and felt lonely... and instead of working out I ate.. oh well. I have to start again then. I need to low down the working out because I git 3 new tattoos on saturday and am not allowed to sweat (and shower but I cannot NOT shower- hello???) also. it's sore..
my weight in this morning almost made me cry... One week to get the 67 kg then. I know I can do it!! GO!
