first day of eating regular calories and no HCG. Very nervous about making the wrong choices and messing up my weight loss so far. Considering that I still need to to lose at least 30 more pounds and I only lost 22 ON the HCG/500 cal, so I don't want to mess this up. Can you say ANXIETY?
