My Zumba class was canceled yesterday, but that didn't stop me! I went home and tried to find a video, and I ended up on one from England I think (judging by his accent). It said it was "easy"... the instructor himself was sweating up a storm! I can't wait til I have that kind of energy though, I lasted to the end and that's all that matters. What made me sad was that I stepped on the scale this morning and didn't lose anything. I ate really well yesterday, drank a lot of water... I hope it's a fluke and I see a nice drop tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!

Great determination and motivation! Don't worry so much about what the scale displays...your stamina is increasing, you're eating healthy, you're doing great!

Way to stick with it. I didn't get to do my exercise until 8:30 last night, but I still did it. I'm sure you have some extra water weight there, and it will come off fast enough. Keep up the great work!!

I'm with loadgod - no worries on what scale says - your commitment will show on the scale over time. Plus, weight loss, at least for me, is never linear. It's always been in fits and starts, up up then down etc. you're doing great.

Yesterday I was a pound heavier then today. If you did everything right you will lose the weight, you just have to wait not to have water weight or bowel content. I don't get discuraged when I don't see drop, I know it's one of those two problems.

Thank you everyone! I guess the moral of this story is to stay patient! :)

Congrats on doing the exercise by yourself even though your class was cancelled! Good for you!

Zumba was something I wanted to look into. It sounds fun. Thanks for the reminder. I will have to check into some videos, too!! Hang in there. There are times when I do everything "right" and don't lose weight but other times when I think that I've eaten horribly and I end up losing weight. It's frustrating but don't give up.
