My diet and surgery
You have to be mentally prepared for the surgery. A friend of mine recently had it done and has lost 60+ pounds! She looks incredible. She has stated that it has been an emotional journey as well. Something that they didn't stress enough to her was what she should be eating after the surgery. Or at least how much anyway. She was talking to another person at the office who had the same procedure and that really helped. Once she started eating the proper amounts (think very small to get you full...like the size of a hard boiled egg) she started feeling much better and the weight has melted off. Good luck. You can do anything if you really want to.

Goals and Rewards
I love this idea!!! My hubby keeps telling me that I need new clothes but I keep telling him I will buy them when I lose the weight. It's always been a goal in the back of my mind, to get new clothes, but now I look at it as more of a reward. THANKS and good luck to all.

My doctor says it's the best exercise there is for losing weight. I however, am not very coordinated, so I use pretend rope. I very rarely get tangled in that! Smile
