Suck-o-la. I seemed to have gained some back. I know why... it's pretty easy, I got crazy sick yesterday... they thought it might be my gallbladder, but after losing my breakfast I wasn't allowed to eat for the rest of the day while they ran tests. Turns out it wasn't my gallbladder. But while I was at the hospital having stuff run, my son spiked a fever and so my hubs rushed him to the doctor (poor husband spent all day in waiting rooms!), and by the time I finished all my tests I was dehydrated and famished and just needed some sugar. There's a time and place for flat coke and saltines, SBD be damned.
So yeah, I'm back with the phase II eating plan as of *today* and doing well, hopefully my weight will get back on track. Honestly, I'm proud of myself, I did well today and that's impressive considering that I've got a sick baby!
