yippy I had a successful first day. NO junk, no sugar, no white carb foods. I ate minimal and lost a bunch of water weight over night. It meant skipping October fest at the end of my street but gave me a good scale reward. Hoeing to do the same today.

I know from the past, Support is a big deal in the weight loss game. Im hoping to have a lot of friends on her just cheering me on and me doing the same for them.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
