Been doing pretty good with my food the last several weeks, but the scale movement has been slooowww. And today I had this giant craving for peanut butter of all things. That spiraled me into more bad choices LOL. Thankfully there's no ice cream in the house. Tomorrow is a new day!

Ice cream was the first to go in our house. Surprisingly now, the cravings are gone too. Peanut butter is deadly in calories, I think it was made for weightlifters.🙃 I could eat a spoonful right out of the jar!
