MarieRemie's Journal, 03 October 2014

I stopped eating lower carb. I stopped recording my food intake. I stopped drinking a lot of water. I stopped biking several times a week. It goes on and on... So in the last 5 months or so I've gained 5 lbs. ENOUGH ALREADY! Starting TODAY I am back on board with being accountable for what I eat and how I feel. Day one again! Eggs and coffee to start my day. Psychologically I already feel happier knowing I'm making a positive step towards looking and feeling better!

look at doctor Oz show from yesterday and determine what body type you are, you may not have to eat lower carbs this time.

Glad your starting up again, way to go! It's important to log your food, set realistic goals and get back up and back on path when you stumble (we all do). Low carb eating has a lot of benefits and it's fortunate you like eggs :)

Welcome back. I decided that I will never stop logging my food. It will keep me honest and accountable forever, and that is how I will never regain my weight. So glad to have you back "home"!
